I didn’t know Philippe Mexes was even capable of something this good-looking when he scored against Anderlecht in Milan’s 3-1 victory today.

So, I suppose we have to ask: how’s this rank compared to Zlatan’s during the international friendlies? Mexes gets bonus points for doing it in an actual competition, with a defender on his back, being a central defender himself, and a keeper in the area. Ibra gets the benefit on his being one-touch, from a longer distance, capping a 4-goal masterpiece, and just because of his size — it takes a whole lot more to get him wound up and in that position, where the timing’s tougher. 

Thus: Ibra or Mexes? Or are they equal?
